Axe Feather 2021

At the end of 2004, Unilever brand Axe they teamed up with London-based design agency Dare Digital to create a game/interactive advertisement for their new fragrance Feather. It was hosted at domain AxeFeather.com (long since occupied by domain squatters).

It made headlines at the time, but it's now completely gone. Even the archive.org version doesn't work, because the way it was implemented (in Flash) isn't even compatible with modern Flash emulation.

So I recreated it from scratch during a bout of Covid-lockdown-craziness, and released it to the world at axe-feather.danq.dev. And now I've shared it here on itch.io, too.
